Oy Mexico

iPad

Oy Mexico is the result of my graduation project at Hyper Island. Me and my team felt the need of doing a real and complete project to put up on App Store during the time we still where in school. And we did just that.
Oy Mexico is an app for children with the aim of bridging a digital picture book with a game, but with very little spoken words or written texts. The story takes place in a small Mexican village during the famous "Day of the Dead" celebrations and touches the different aspects of life and death, sadness and happiness!

Guldägget

iPhone

Guldägget, The most important award for advertizers in Sweden wanted a app for the gala night. The theme of this year gala night was colourful metal textures, so i started out with a metal look of the app first. This was changed later on to the fixed print and website colour schemes for ease of reuse in the coming years.

Important functions were to browse between all the nominees but they also wanted a function for the guests to suggest songs to the DJ during the night. Also requested was a blog that guests could send photos to directly from the app in the most simplest way.
